# MBC Utilities

### There are currently four core uses for MBC: <a href="#there-are-currently-four-core-uses-for-opv" id="there-are-currently-four-core-uses-for-opv"></a>

1. **Governance Token**

MBC is the official governance token operating in Monbase's ecosystem, operated on BNB Smart Chain according to BEP20 standards.

2. **Transaction fee payments**

MBC is used to pay transaction fees, NFT minting fees, and gas fees on Monbase's NFT Marketplace. However, with the special LazyMint mechanism, we have minimized the amount of fees that users have to pay.

3. **Rewarding users**

Our only goal is to entertain our users and reward them appropriately as they enjoy and contribute to the world of NFTs. To do so, we built both a transparent and fair token economy where the ownership of the universe is decentralized.

We regularly organize programs and activities for the community, and MBC is used as a reward for those activities.&#x20;

4. **Paying fees or exchanging on the Monbase ecosystem and/or partners**

Users can buy NFTs or SANH cards with MBC on Monbase NFT or can use MBC to exchange goods when linking with OBranding partner. &#x20;

Business Pool is a Monbase model that aims to be deployed on the Monbase NFT platform, aiming to connect with businesses operating on the OBranding ecosystem. Here, businesses can access and use MBC digital assets to convert products, services or participate in financial cooperation activities within the permitted framework.

5. **Demo token**

MBC aims to become a demo token for businesses that want to test before issuing their own tokens, especially when the legal corridor is officially issued in Vietnam.

6. **GameFi**

Monbase Lottery or Lucky Draw is a typical example of how to invest MBC in GameFi. Users can buy ticket and join the game to get big prize.&#x20;
